He works as a professional make-up artist for the past 10 years.

He has worked for various TV shows of BNT (Elite, Yako, Laterna Magica), Nova TV (Naked Angels, Street New), TV7, BBT (Sex games), as well as for independent productions aired on national TV channels.
He has worked a lot in advertising productions, music video clips for most popular Bulgarian artists. He works with companies for TV advertising and cinema productions.
Rumen Chakarov has worked in photo sessions for print publications, such as the magazines VOGUE, Marie Claire, ELLE, FHM, PLAYBOY, MODA, The Woman Today, Maximum, Perfecta, For The People (a weekly lifestyle supplement of Standart newspaper), as well as corporate publications of foreign and Bulgarian companies.
Rumen has participated as a make-up artist in massive cultural and fashion events, such as the performance of the Kremlin ballet in Sofia, the Mis Bulgaria contests, fashion festivals of Pantene Beauty Awards, Intercoiffure Paris and VELLA, where he was nominated and won prizes for make-up.
He worked with famous photographers such as Vasil Karkelanov, Angel Cvetanov, Ruslan Popov, Bogdan Braykov, Dilyan Markov, Temelko Temelkov, Boris Dimitrov, Boris Karpuzov, Ivaylo Stanev, Felix Desilva as well as other stylists and hairdressers.
